Every Hoper Spin order ships free worldwide — no minimum spend, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. Whether you're ordering a single flow star or a four-star combo pack, your shipping is on us.

Order Processing

We process and dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days of payment. Each flow star is hand-checked for quality before it leaves our workshop, so we take the time to make sure every order ships perfectly. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 7-10 days worldwide. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location, local customs processing, and seasonal volume. From order to doorstep, expect roughly 10-15 days in total for most destinations.

Customs and Import Duties

Our products ship duty-free from our workshop, but please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival, depending on your country's regulations. Any customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by your local authorities — not by Hoper Spin. Tracking Your Order
