Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Hoper Spin flow star. If something isn't right with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original packaging where possible

Faulty or defective items are eligible for refund or replacement at any time within the 30-day return window. For faulty items, we may request photos or a short video of the issue before processing your return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the return. You can reach us via:

We respond to all return requests within 24 hours and will guide you through the next steps, including providing the correct return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer free return shipping on standard returns. For faulty or defective items, you may not need to return the item — please contact us first with photos or video evidence of the issue.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds are only processed after the goods have been received and inspected. The time it takes for refunded funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom or personalized flow stars (made to your specifications)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration not present at the time of delivery

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your flow star for a different design, please contact us. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as standard returns: customer pays return shipping, and we ship the replacement free worldwide.
