Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for any reason, and customers are encouraged to contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving their order. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer free returns. 

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect their condition and process your refund as quickly as possible. Please be aware that refunds will only be issued after the goods have been returned to us.

In cases where products are faulty or defective, we may not require you to return the item. Instead, we ask that you provide images and/or videos of the issue, and we will process your refund promptly upon review.
