30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Hoper Spin flow star. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return — no awkward questions, no hassle.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us using the form at the bottom of this page or via our contact page Include your order number and a brief reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. We respond within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer free return shipping on standard returns, but we'll always provide the correct return address and any documentation you need.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned flow star, we'll inspect it and process your refund as quickly as possible — typically within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds are only processed after the goods have been received and inspected.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your flow star arrives faulty or develops a defect within the return window, you may not need to send it back. In these cases, we'll ask you to provide photos or a short video of the issue, and we'll process your refund or replacement promptly upon review. We stand behind every flow star we make — if there's a problem, we'll make it right.
